School master cleared of sexual foot touching

Kelcey and Hall were instructed in a case which received national publicity relating to allegations against a Housemaster at a famous boys Boarding School in the North of England. Following a very short retirement the Jury unanimously acquitted the client of all charges. The case was prepared by Ian Kelcey and Counsel instructed was Stephen Mooney of Albion Chambers, Bristol.
