R v KN – Newcastle Crown Court.
The defendant was sentenced at Newcastle Crown Court on the 28th March after admitting involvement in a fraud concerning a Charity in the North East. The defendant was represented at Crown Court by John Caudle of 2 Bedford Row and the Trial preparation was done by Ian Kelcey. The client received a significantly lesser sentence that his two co-defendants.
