Mother of two found not guilty of assaulting ex partner’s new girlfriend following conflicting accounts being given by the pair. The Magistrates accepted the defendants consistent and credible denial of the assault which she says was motivated by the pair maliciously trying to bolster their position in ongoing family proceedings. Joanna Hooper was the instructed solicitor.
