R v AG
Kelcey & Hall have recently been involved in a six week case at Southwark Crown Court acting for a client who was charged with breach of sanctions imposed on exports to Iran. The case was a complicated case involving exports from the UK to allegedly Asia and thereafter to Iran. It required a detailed knowledge of the Sanction Rules and Obligations.
