R v MG
The client was charged with Indecent assaults dating back 20 years. After extensive searches of Social Media carried out at our insistence prior to trial, it became apparent that there had been potential collusion between alleged witnesses. As a result of this the Crown decided not to proceed with the case after considering the above facts which showed contact which the witnesses had previously denied. The client case was prepared by Ian Kelcey and he was represented at Taunton Crown Court by Kate Brunner QC.
