25 year old woman acquitted of Section 18 Wounding

R vs EJC

The defendant had initially been charged with attempt murder following a machete attack. The Crown subsequently reduced the charge to Section 18 Wounding and the defendant was acquitted after Trial. The case was prepared by James Williams and Don Tait of Albion Chambers was Counsel.
